HR Mission Statement:
It is the goal of Odyssea Marine to hire the best qualified personnel possible in order to provide our customers with the best service available in the offshore supply and offshore towing industry. We maintain an "open-door" policy for all employees and encourage feedback regarding methods for improving our personnel and working conditions.
We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees. To accomplish that goal, we require all of our personnel to pass pre-employment physicals and DOT drug screens. In addition, we adhere strictly to CFR 16.210(b)(2) which requires random drug testing of our employees.
Once hired, our employees are provided with a comprehensive safety orientation, continuous on-the-job safety training, and job-specific training as needed. We encourage upward mobility within the organization and provide the opportunity for employees who have proven their abilities to progress to higher levels of responsibility.

In addition, Odyssea Marine expects all employees to participate in the practice of non-discrimination. The Company intends to maintain an environment free of sexual harassment and will not tolerate any form of harassment of or hostility towards any of its employees. Our goal is to provide a safe and fulfilling employment opportunity for all employees of the Company.
